
Prof. Ulrike Sonntag is an internationally sought-after voice teacher. She has been a professor of singing at the HMDK Stuttgart since 2005. Many of her students have won prizes and engagements. She has given numerous master classes in many European countries, South America, Australia, Armenia and India. The soprano studied in Stuttgart, Romania and Berlin and has sung at many opera houses (including the Vienna State Opera, Stuttgart State Opera, Hamburg, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Monte Carlo and Tel Aviv). She has also performed as a concert singer with many important orchestras and conductors in Europe, the USA, Russia, China, Japan and South America with works ranging from baroque to contemporary music. With an extensive repertoire, the soprano has also made a name for herself in recitals at many festivals.
