Prof. Ingo Dannhorn

Prof. Ingo Dannhorn is professor of piano at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Trossingen. He previously taught as a visiting professor at the renowned Yonsei University in Seoul/Korea, at the universities in Munich, Augsburg, Bremen and the Wiesbaden Music Academy.

He has performed in the most famous concert halls such as the Herkulessaal in Munich, the large Musikvereinssaal in Vienna and the Seoul Arts Center. As a prize-winner of the renowned Beethoven Competition in Vienna, the Sydney International Piano Competition as well as the international piano competitions in Salzburg, Vienna, Senigallia and Ettlingen, Prof. Ingo Dannhorn began giving concerts worldwide at an early age. “Magical moments of pianistic artistry” wrote the international daily newspaper The Australian. Dannhorn is artistic director of the Wilhelm Kempff Festival.
