Master class for instrumental accompaniment – “The art of accompaniment”
Target group: Advanced piano students
who already have some experience playing with other instruments
Objective: Over the course of the week, participants will learn the finer points
of accompanying strings and wind instruments
in accompanying strings and wind instruments and
refine their articulation, style, and musicality
Lessons: daily individual lessons, with additional lessons on the last two days
with a string instrument and/or a wind instrument
Participants: maximum of 8
Final concert with all participants
Repertoire: at least two works, one chamber music piece and
one piano reduction of a concerto.
More detailed information about the works will be provided shortly before the start of the course.
