32/23 – Master Class for Piano and Piano Duo (Sischka and Chien)

Target group: Students of piano (solo) or piano duo, young pianists and those interested in playing in a piano ensemble. The aim can be targeted preparation for competitions (international or for youth competitions) and concert performances. In addition to the daily lessons, there are also ensemble rehearsals and events to develop multi-hand pianistic ensemble playing.
Early contact is recommended to clarify the desired repertoire and possible ensemble compositions.

Chien, Hsueh-Fong

Hsueh-Fong Chien studied with Prof. Sontraud Speidel at the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe and with Prof. Peter Eicher. She was a founding member of "Piano Podium Taiwan" and leads the "Crossplay Piano Ensemble".

Sischka, Christoph

Prof. Christoph Sischka holds a professorship for piano and piano methodology at the Freiburg University of Music and is head of the highly gifted department "Freiburger Akademie zur Begabtenförderung".
